A journey of faith and practice as we serve leaders and residents of Ferguson, particularly around a conference being hosted by Ruby Sales and the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference. Our mission will be to: galvanize residents and local leaders for the freedom movement there; to listen to, pray for, and stand in solidarity with residents who are traumatized; to seek justice regarding the murder of Mike Brown; and to grow in our understanding of race, faith, and democracy.
